Date Caramel Slice

This caramel slice uses dates for the caramel layer, which means you get natural sweetness along with fibre, potassium, and polyphenols, instead of just sugar and syrup.

Some of the reasons we love this slice

✨ Dates - provide natural sweetness, fibre for gut health, and minerals like potassium and magnesium

✨ Nut butter - healthy fats, protein, zinc, and magnesium for energy, hormones, and blood sugar stability

✨ Coconut - provides healthy fats for satiety and sustained energy

✨ Whole food fats + fibre - help slow the release of sugar, so you don’t get the same spike and crash as traditional caramel slice

So instead of a dessert that leaves you tired and hungry again shortly after, this one is more stable for blood sugar, more filling, and more nutrient-dense.
